Our Work
Tellus combines direct program delivery, strategic partnerships and catalytic funding — built around a clear pipeline from Country to lasting income.
Our Six Pillars
We work with Prescribed Bodies Corporate (PBCs) to identify land-based and regional economic opportunities through careful mapping and data — always grounded in cultural governance and community priorities. This provides the foundation for everything that follows, including our WTAC Mapping and Spatial Intelligence Platform, a tool that supports — but never replaces — community decision-making.
Structured economic and commercial assessments identify which projects are genuinely viable, so communities can pursue opportunities with confidence rather than guesswork.
We collaborate with contractors, industry and government to increase Aboriginal employment and procurement participation across major projects.
We support Aboriginal businesses to start, grow and participate in the economy — through mentoring, training, and access to finance.
Seed funding strengthens community-led initiatives that demonstrably increase employment and reduce economic exclusion, with a model built on leverage rather than dependency.
We help PBCs develop and own their own mapping and data platforms — a governance tool and, increasingly, a commercial asset in its own right, particularly as ILUAs require environmental, cultural and heritage approvals.
